just to liven the blog up a lil, since it's been pretty dead since who knows when...
lemme share with you guys an sms i got a few days ago!
Important health tips:
- Answer the phone on your left ear. (Eh. I have no idea why)
- Don't take medicine with cold water.
- Don't have heavy meals after 5pm. (!!! and i thought it was 8?)
- Drink more water in the morning, less at night.
- Best sleeping time is from 10pm to 4am. (AHEM AHEM. esp to those MORNING sleepers out there! SLEEP EARLY! kay, including me...)
- Don't lie down immediately after taking medicine.
- When battery of mobile is down to the last bar, don't answer the phone, as the radiation is 1000 times. (GOSH! REALLY?)
hahaha i don't know how true these stuff are, but sounds logical anyway right! hehheh.
oh btw, it's kindness month this month! HAHA
